Meet the Team

  • Lou Seich

    PRESIDENT

Lou has 30+ years of food and pharmaceutical engineering experience in aseptic design, food processing design, packaging and validation. He created Integral Solutions in 1997 to offer engineers a place to work where they have the opportunity to grow and be rewarded for their individual efforts as well as their contributions to the team. His hobbies are fishing, golf and producing sawdust when he builds overengineered, $50 tables for $875. Lou also takes great pride in editing his employees bios.

  • Amy Liddy, PMP

    VICE PRESIDENT

Amy is the lead project manager for Integral Solutions.  She enjoys forming long-standing relationships with clients and executing all phases of capital projects.  Beyond the office, Amy loves cooking, traveling with her husband, and creating green sludge breakfast drinks to weird out her coworkers.

  • Robert Corn, PE

    MANAGING PARTNER

Rob has 25+ years experience in manufacturing systems and process design with a specialization in equipment validation. In his personal life, he likes to find niche hobbies ranging from astrophotography to board games to vinyl records to using five different grades of chamois to dry his car.

  • Wade Cole

    SR. AUTOMATION ENGINEER / PRINCIPAL

Wade’s experience in programming, controls, and design enhance his talents when creating specifications, procedures, protocols, and validations. His main focus out of the office is spending time with his wife and two sons. Wade also has the ability to time travel into the future... unfortunately it is only for three seconds so it's pretty much useless.

  • Andy Goddard

    ELECTRICAL ENGINEER / PRINCIPAL

Andy is an expert in validation engineering and has an extensive background in project engineering. His hands-on approach to projects and solid client relationships make him a great addition to any team. When Andy comes home from work, his favorite part of the evening is first, not hitting the mailbox entering the drive, then heating up the stove and cooking for his family.

  • Bob Jones

    SR. ELECTRICAL ENGINEER

Bob incorporates his study of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at Ohio State with his years of experience as a senior Automation Engineer at Integral to fully support any manufacturing facility. In his spare time, he enjoys tending to his garden, skiing with his daughters, and being a world class Mathlete... writing letters to the Olympic committee in hopes of getting Calculus added to the next Summer games.

  • Noel Lantin

    PROCESS ENGINEER

Noel has experience with manufacturing, packaging, and validating pharmaceutical and infant formula systems. Outside the office, when he isn't spending quality time with his wife, daughter, and dog, Noel enjoys playing games on his custom-built computer. Unfortunately, fluency in Common, Dwarvish, Elvish, Halfling, Abyssal, Celestial, Deep Speech, Draconic, Infernal, and Undercommon is not in high demand.

  • Andy Liu

    VALIDATION ENGINEER

Andy works with lab and manufacturing equipment to ensure they can reliably and consistently produce products that meet the high standards of Integral's clients. In his own life, Andy enjoys being active by running obstacle course races and cooking to fuel his lifestyle. Andy usually cooks for a family of four because he eats as much food as a family of four.

  • Sonya McKay, Ph.D.

    VALIDATION SPECIALIST

Sonya works in software system validations, writing documentation and coordinating validation efforts.

She earned her Ph.D in Organic Chemistry from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. In her spare time, Sonya enjoys cheering on her daughters in their athletic endeavors, traveling with her family to both new and familiar destinations and herding sheephead in Lake Erie.

  • Join The Team

  • Andrew Meleshchuk

    VALIDATION ENGINEER

Andrew works in the pharmaceutical and gene therapy sectors to validate and ensure proper operation of equipment. When not at work, you can find him enjoying the outdoors and trying to care for his garden, which hopefully does not include the pharmaceutical and gene therapy sectors.

  • Anastasia Muenz

    VALIDATION ENGINEER

Anastasia is a graduate of The Ohio State University who is using her developing knowledge of Biological Engineering and her clinical research experience to grow within the engineering and validation fields. She enjoys spending time with her family, exploring new recipes, and practicing her new skill of motorcycle riding. In the fall, you will find her in Ohio Stadium, cheering on her friends as an Ohio State University Marching Band Alumnus. Her coworkers are hankering to see Anastasia’s Harley Davidson version of script OHIO.

  • Stephen Owens

    SR. VALIDATION ENGINEER

Stephen has over 20 years of GMP experience, including the medical device, pharmaceutical, and bioscience industries. Beyond the office, Stephen enjoys spending time with his family, playing an occasional round of golf, and contemplating the interactions of a mash fluid made up of at least 51% corn, yeast, and charred oak barrels.

  • Jonathon Popham

    VALIDATION ENGINEER

Jonathon is a recent graduate from The Ohio State University. He plans to use the knowledge and skills gained as a Chemical and Biomedical engineering student alongside support from mentors and colleagues at Integral Solutions to become an expert in engineering validation and process design. Outside of work, Jonathon is an avid golfer and movie buff, with favorites by Studio Ghibli.

  • Sean Sharp

    SR. VALIDATION ENGINEER

Sean uses his 30 years of controls engineering experience and applies it to the validation of FDA governed processing systems. In his role at Integral Solutions, Sean successfully manages numerous projects for his clients. His favorite activities are keeping his home in a constant state of remodeling and re-fixing all of the things that work on his classic Volkswagen collection.

  • Kiersten Wellons

    VALIDATION ENGINEER

Kiersten has experience with validation risk management, software quality assurance, and validation of laboratory instruments and manufacturing systems. Kiersten loves to explore the Columbus craft beer scene with friends and spend time with her nieces and nephews. Her talent in reality TV show elimination brackets are second to none.

  • Dillon Wooledge

    VALIDATION ENGINEER

Dillon is a graduate of The Ohio State University with a degree in Chemical Engineering. Dillon is using the knowledge gained from obtaining his degree along with the guidance of coworkers to become an expert in process validation. He enjoys hiking and biking as well as the occasional airsoft match. Just don’t combine all three activities as the bears do not think airsoft is that enjoyable.

  • Kelli Wozniak

    VALIDATION ENGINEER

Kelli develops validation documentation for new and existing equipment within manufacturing environments, focusing on nutritional products. As a former collegiate athlete, she is passionate about exercise, and loves to challenge herself with new activities. Kelli will also execute a riposte on your piste if you are not careful.
