ENGINEER

The engineer will be trained to understand the design and operation of manufacturing equipment and systems to develop testing parameters to validate proper functionality. The engineer will perform equipment, packaging, transport, utility, facility, cleaning, and sterilization validation activities to ensure compliance with client procedures and industry standards.

Responsibilities:

• Interface with clients and project teams to provide guidance on validation/qualification initiatives

• Support a variety of engineering projects in GMP manufacturing or laboratory environments, including new process and packaging equipment installations and modifications to existing equipment

• Create customized validation packages for a variety of equipment and processes, including master plans, user requirements, installation and operational protocols, risk assessments, trace matrices, and summary reports

 Education and Skills:

• BS in Engineering or related scientific discipline required

• Must have good organizational and technical writing skills

• Must be self-motivated with a strong work ethic
